  • We’re looking for a Customer Experience Support staff to join the team!

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Part of the Customer Experience team that focuses on creating a positive experience for all members and clients.

    KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Primarily responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for members and guests at the club.
    - Responsible for various customer experience duties assigned to him/her.
    - Perform all daily tasks as assigned.
    - Provides accurate information on membership rates and other products and services.
    - Acts as a cashier for receiving all payments, issuing official receipts and creating daily sales reports as guided by the Finance Department.
    - Supports the Sales & Marketing team on the coordination of programs, activities, events, etc., if required.
    - Any other assignments which may be given from time to time

    REQUIREMENTS & KEY COMPETENCIES
    - HNC or below.
    - Experience in the same field is an added advantage.
    - Experience / certification in fitness training or sports activities would be an added advantage.
    - Strong interpersonal skills.
    - Good verbal communication skills in both English & Malay.
    - Ability to work on shift hours
    - Occasionally working beyond working hours may be required.
