Functional Training
Daily Functional Fitness classes for all levels of fitness, included in your membership*.

Functional training is a term used to describe exercises that help you perform activities in everyday life more easily.
These exercises typically use the whole body — definitely multiple muscles — and emphasize core strength and stability.
By mirroring the movements of your daily life, like squatting, reaching, or even carrying a heavy object, building functional strength can help increase your quality of life and reduce your risk of injury.

Foundation Classes (Introduction to Functional Fitness).
Workouts that involve the practice of basic functional movements.
Dedicated for beginners with minimal functional fitness experience.

Practice drills and focus on progressing into functional compound movements with weights.
Front Squats, Back Squats, Deadlifts, Cleans, Shoulder Press, Jerks, Snatch.
Safe progressive overload ensures do-ability for all levels of fitness.

Endurance based workouts with lighter weights but higher repetitions and volume.
Incorporates body weight movements with resistance training.
